2027 Keystone Walkabout 22MAX Order Yours

The 2027 Keystone Walkabout 22MAX: Available to Order

Straight to it: the 2027 Keystone Walkabout 22MAX is available to order. It's not sitting on our lot and it's not on order, but if this is the floorplan you want, a buyer can have one ordered through us. That's the whole status, and it's a good one, because ordering means you get to be the one who signs off on the build.

Before you go that route, though, start with what's here. We've got Walkabout travel trailers in stock right now, including 22MAX units and a 2027 25MAX between our Millcreek (Salt Lake City) and Spanish Fork locations. Those you can walk into today, measure with your own shoulders, and buy. If one of them fits, you're done thinking about lead times and build sheets entirely.

So how do you get from a floorplan on a screen to a Walkabout in your driveway? Step one is the diagram. Study it. It's the honest picture of how the 22MAX is laid out, where things sit and how the space is divided, and it'll tell you more in two minutes than any paragraph of description. There's also a 360-degree virtual tour you can take your time with, which is the closest thing to standing inside one from wherever you're sitting.

Step two is seeing the line in person. Walkabout units share a lot of their DNA, so climbing into a stocked unit tells you how the cabinetry feels, how the doors latch, how much light comes through the slideout windows. That's real information you can't get from a photo, and it's the part most buyers wish they'd done first.

Step three is sitting down with one of our salespeople. If you want the 2027 Walkabout 22MAX specifically, they'll walk you through ordering one from start to finish and answer the questions that come up along the way. No guessing on your end.

As for the line itself, Keystone put some genuinely useful thinking into the Walkabout. It comes standard with a heated and enclosed underbelly with 12V tank pad heaters, plus an all-weather boot and gear storage compartment with a built-in heater and a spray hose, which is a nod to anyone who comes back to camp muddy or wet. There's large passthrough storage with hooks for fishing rods, an outdoor kitchen, and one-touch three-point auto-leveling.

Underneath, the Walkabout rides on Curt Touring Suspension with 15-inch all-terrain tires. The walls are auto-grade aluminum over HyperCore construction, and the floor is HyperDeck. The slideout uses Tru-Fit Slide Construction, a durable slide room design built to resist leaking, and those slideout windows are large with built-in shades.

On the power and comfort side, the line comes with an 18K Chill Cube A/C that can run off the inverter and batteries, a second A/C above the bed, a large 12V refrigerator, and a 12V distribution center with a disconnect option to prevent unwanted battery draw. Countertops are composite with high heat retention. A 2027 Walkabout sheet we have on hand also lists the Walkabout MAX Package, an automatic leveling system and an on-demand water heater as standard equipment.

Put together, that's a travel trailer built for people who actually use the outdoors and come back dirty. Look over the diagram, take the virtual tour, then come see a Walkabout in person at Millcreek or Spanish Fork and tell us what you think.
