Start with the numbers, because this is a big fifth wheel: 44 ft 7 in long, 8 ft wide, 13 ft 6 in tall, riding on two 8,000 lb axles with 17.5-inch tires and a TPMS/TST tire pressure monitoring system reporting back to you while you roll. Dry weight is 17,194 lbs with a 3,208 lb hitch weight and a 21,000 lb GVWR, which leaves 3,806 lbs of cargo capacity for a full-time load. Underneath it all is the Falcon Integrated Technology (FIT 3.0) chassis system, and there's a 3,000 lb rated hitch at the rear if you tow something small behind you.
Power front and rear leveling jacks take the setup work out of the equation, and the 18-foot electric adjustable awning with LED lights gives you shade you can angle and light you can use after dark. Two 30 lb LP tanks, the Go Power! dual input solar hookup (roof and sidewall), and a Winegard Air 360+ V2 with nationwide 4G LTE data plans round out the exterior equipment. The outdoor kitchen means burgers and drinks never have to come inside, and slide awnings for all five slides are available if you want them.
Pass-through storage runs the width of the coach and swallows chairs, hoses, tools and totes. On a rig built for long stays, that matters more than almost anything else out here.
The kitchen in the 2025 Keystone Redwood 415RD
This is a residential kitchen that happens to be in a new fifth wheel, not a camper galley with a residential badge on it.
The refrigerator is a 22 cubic foot residential unit, part of the Residential Appliance Package. Cooking happens on an upgraded four-burner stove with multi-BTU burners over a 3.7 cubic foot oven, with convection cooking on hand for the things you'd rather not bake. A dishwasher is available if you want the full house setup.
Water is handled properly throughout. There's an on-demand water heater, so a second shower doesn't depend on who went first, plus an On The Go water softener and a water manifold feeding residential PEX lines, which makes winterizing and shutoffs straightforward. A wireless Qi charging station gives phones a home that isn't the counter.
The Silver decor and Dusk cabinetry keep the space light, and the slide-out floors use HyperDeck marine grade flooring, which holds up to wet boots and spilled coffee better than what most coaches put in a slide.
Living and dining
With five slides opening up, the rear living area is where this floorplan earns its length.
Rear entertainment centers on a 65-inch 4K Smart HDTV with built-in Roku, so streaming works without dragging a device along. Seating and the dinette fill out the room, and dimmer switch lighting lets you take the brightness down for a movie instead of living under full house lights.
Climate control is a strong point. There's 30,000 BTU of air conditioning through Coleman-Mach Q Series quiet units, paired with the Blade Pure Airflow System and MERV 9 filtration, which brings roughly 20% more cooling power along with air filtration and sound dampening. A third 15K A/C is available. For Utah shoulder seasons and winter stays, the 35,000 BTU furnace does the heavy lifting, and the whole coach runs on 50 amp service.
Systems are monitored through the Vegatouch capacitive touchscreen control system, so tanks, lighting, slides and climate all answer in one place.
Bedroom
The front bedroom is sized and equipped for people who sleep here every night, not just on weekends.
A king bed anchors the room, and the MorRyde bed tilt system lifts it so the storage underneath is actually usable instead of something you wrestle with. A 39-inch LED HDTV is mounted in the bedroom for the nights you don't want to sit out in the living room.
The Redwood Full-Time Living Package and Parks Package are both standard here, which is the difference between a seasonal rig and a Keystone fifth wheel you can park and live in.
Bath and laundry
The center bath sits between the sleeping and living ends, which keeps it close to the bedroom without putting it in the middle of company.
The shower is 48 inches with a built-in seat, fed by that on-demand water heater. It's a full-size wet space, not a corner you back into.
A stacked washer/dryer handles laundry on site, which is a large part of why this floorplan works for months at a time rather than long weekends. Tank capacities back that up: 54 gallons fresh, 88 gallons grey and 44 gallons black, so showers and dishes aren't rationed between dump trips.
Sleeping capacity across the coach is six, and the layout keeps the bath accessible from both ends without anyone walking through the bedroom.
