2025 Keystone Zinger 270BH Floorplan Tour

Outside, storage and setup
Everything you need for a camp setup happens outside on this floorplan, including cooking, so the inside stays clean. The 2025 Keystone Zinger 270BH measures 31 feet 11 inches long, 8 feet wide and 11 feet 3 inches tall, rides on two axles, and carries two entry doors so traffic doesn't have to run through the whole coach.

The outdoor kitchen is the feature people stop at first. Pair it with the 20-foot electric awning and a slide topper over the slide-out, and you've got shade and a second workspace without unpacking a camp stove. There's a hot and cold outside shower for rinsing dogs, boots and coolers, an exterior ladder for roof access, and Secure Stance flip-up steps under a friction hinge entry door that stays where you put it.
Setup is electric. Power stabilizer jacks front and rear take the wobble out once you're parked. Underneath, the underbelly is heated and enclosed, the wheel wells are galvanized steel, and the Super Flex Alpha roof carries a limited lifetime warranty. Two 20-pound LP tanks feed the 30,000 BTU furnace and the cooktop.
Weights work out to 6,712 pounds dry with a 702-pound hitch weight, an 8,700-pound GVWR and 988 pounds of cargo capacity. A 200-watt solar panel is already on the roof, with solar prep, backup camera prep and blind spot detection prep built in for whatever you add later. A spare tire kit is available.

The kitchen
The kitchen is built around a real cooking setup instead of a token galley, which matters when you're feeding a full family. A three-burner glass-top range with LED-lit knobs gives you room for a pan and a pot at the same time, and the glass top drops down to become counter space when the burners are cold.
The 12-volt, 10-cubic-foot refrigerator is the piece that changes how you travel. It runs on the battery, so groceries stay cold down the interstate and through a no-hookup night, and 10 cubic feet is enough for a week's shopping rather than a long weekend's.
Hot water comes from a tankless on-demand water heater, so dishes after dinner don't cost you the morning showers. Fresh water capacity is 45 gallons, with 84 gallons of grey and 42 gallons of black, and that big grey tank is what keeps a bunkhouse travel trailer usable between dumps.
Center living and dining in the 2025 Keystone Zinger 270BH
Center living is what makes this layout work for nine people, because the gathering space sits between the sleeping areas instead of getting squeezed into a corner. Interior height is 6 feet 9 inches, and the single slide-out pushes the furniture out to open up the walking path.
Keystone's vacuum-bonded Z-Lounge slide-out furniture is the seating here, and a 30-inch fireplace runs under it for the shoulder-season mornings when you don't want the furnace cycling yet. The interior decor is Granite Gray. A 40-inch LED TV is available.
The Zinger Convenience Package is included, and the dinette does double duty as a work surface, a card table and a place to spread out a map of the Uintas before you go. Sleeping capacity is rated at nine, which is a big number for a trailer this size and comes from putting the bunks, the bedroom and the living space each in their own zone.
The front bedroom
The front bedroom gives the adults a door to close, which is the whole reason to buy this floorplan over an open one. It's a queen bed with room to walk, not a mattress wedged into a nose cap.
Storage is where this room earns its keep. There's closet space sized for hanging clothes rather than stuffing duffels, so a two-week trip doesn't mean living out of the truck. Underbed and cabinet storage picks up the rest.
The bunks
Two bunks give the kids a bed each that nobody has to make up at night or tear down in the morning. They sit in their own bunkhouse area, separate from the center living space, which means a kid can go to sleep while the adults are still talking.
That separation is the practical argument for this layout. Everybody has somewhere to be, and a rainy afternoon at Flaming Gorge doesn't put five people on one couch.
The rear bath
A rear bath means the bathroom door isn't opening onto the dinette, and there's a real shower instead of a wet bath. The shower measures 30 inches by 36 inches, a standard enclosure with room to actually turn around.
Tankless hot water backs it up, so the second and third showers are as warm as the first. With the rear bath and the front bedroom at opposite ends, night trips don't wake the bunk room.
Shopping for a travel trailer for sale in Utah usually comes down to how many beds you can get without towing something enormous, and this Keystone travel trailer puts nine sleeping spots behind a half-ton-class hitch weight. It's a new travel trailer, built for families who camp more than twice a summer.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of truck do I need to tow it?
Dry weight is 6,712 pounds with a 702-pound hitch weight, and the GVWR is 8,700 pounds. Plan on a tow vehicle rated comfortably above 8,700 pounds once you've loaded the 988 pounds of cargo capacity, and bring your truck's door-jamb numbers in so we can check them against it.
How many people does it really sleep?
Keystone rates it at nine, using the queen bed in the front bedroom, the two bunks in the bunkhouse, and the living and dining area.
Does it come with solar?
Yes. There's a 200-watt solar panel system on the roof, plus solar prep if you want to expand it, and the 12-volt refrigerator runs off the battery bank rather than propane.
Can I cook outside?
There's a full outdoor kitchen, along with a 20-foot electric awning and a hot and cold outside shower. The second entry door means you're not walking through the living space to get to it.
How long is it, and will it fit my site?
It's 31 feet 11 inches long, 8 feet wide and 11 feet 3 inches tall, with one slide-out and a slide topper over it.
